Refunds & Returns
• AOCNZ does not have to provide a refund if the Customer has changed their mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty AOCNZ will meet our obligations under the Customer Guarantee Act to provide a remedy.
• Customers must choose carefully. Under no circumstances will products be refunded by AOCNZ. If there are any concerns or doubts about choosing products then the customer should not hesitate to contact the staff at AOCNZ.
• Not all returns are handled by AOCNZ.
• Forward replacements are provided at AOCNZ's discretion. Customer will only get a forward replacement if they provide AOCNZ with credit card details. If the customer has been provided a forward replacement and the customer does not return the item it is replacing then AOCNZ is entitled to charge the price of the forward replacement to the customer's credit card.
